1) SEAT/BACK: The seat sub-assembly is made up of 1.2±0.1em Thk Plywood, upholstered with polyester fabric over molded foam and covered with an injection-molded polypropylene outer cover. The seat can be manually tipped-up when not in use. The back sub-assembly is made up of injection-molded gass-filled polypropylene inner upholstered with polyester fabric over molded foam and covered with an injection-molded polypropylene outer cover. Both these sub-assemblies are fixed to the tubular structure. BACK SIZE: 46.3cm (W) X 59.0cm (H) SEAT SIZE: 47,0cm (W) X 49.5cm (D)

2) TUBULAR FRAME STRUCTURE (U FRAME): The support structure is made of a U-bent03.81±0.03cm x 0.2 +0.016cm Thk M.S.E.R.W round tube and is supported using two 03.81+0.03cm x 0.2 +0.016cm Thk M.S.E.R.W round tube at the bottom. The tip-up seat assembly is pivoted on a welded support. assembly of a straight and bent tube of 02.22+0.03cm x 0.25 +0.016cm Thk M.S.E.R.W round tube which is welded to the main U-Bent Leg. The Back assembly is mounted on a 3.15mm thick Armrest bracket using M6x15 Int Soc Head M/c Screw. The frame structure is grouted using 3 Anchor Bolts on a 5mm thick base plate which is welded to the upper frame structure. The anchor bolts with the base plate are enclosed using a PP foundation bolt cover. The U frame is used for straight or curved layout

3) HIGH RESILIENCE (HR) POLYURETHANE FOAM: The HR polyurethane foam is molded with a density of 45 +2 kg/m’ and Hardness load for Seat 162 kgf and Hardness load for back 14+2 kgf as per IS: for 25% compression.

 4) ARMRESTS: The armrest is made of Injection molded PP compound. The Armrest is mounted on a 3.15mm thick HR sheet which is welded on the tubular frame.

 5) DESKLET (Optional SKU): The desklet assembly is flip-up type and is supported by a welded assembly of extension tube and a bent support tube of 1.9 ±0.02cm dia x 0.2 40.016cm Thk M.S.E.R.W. tube. The PLT desklet top is PP edge molded. Rubber Bangers are installed to prevent banging and scratches in the bottom part of the desklet. The desklet can be adjusted by 50. mm in depth as per comfort and reach requirements.

 6) POWDER COATING: Steel components are epoxy-polyester powder-coated (DFT 40-60 microns).

 7) FLOORING PRE-REQUISITE: The auditorium chair is designed to get mounted/grouted on floors with flooring specifications as mentioned in the flooring pre-requisite
