Step 7: Pay Your Invoice for Shipment of Goods

We begin work on producing your products as soon as you approve the proof, but we won't send the order out until the invoice has been paid. You can do this online, through your Account Manager, or through the sales hotline.

Note: The sooner you pay your invoice, the smoother the process will be and the sooner you'll receive your product.

Step 8: Receive Your Personalised Water Bottles

With your invoice settled, we'll send your branded products to your delivery address as soon as they've passed through our fully ISO-accredited Quality Control team. The majority of our drinkware products should be at your door within 8 working days from the approval of the proof.
